How To Cook Quail Eggs With Chicken In Crispy Breading - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Quail eggs with chicken in crispy breading". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 12 quail eggs
  • 280 grams of chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion feathers
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

About the breading:

  • flour
  • 1 hen's egg
  • breadcrumbs

  • frying oil
  • spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Put the quail eggs in a saucepan and fill them with water, which should cover them completely. Let them boil for 4 minutes, then pour cold water to cool. Once this is done, remove the shells and place the peeled eggs on a plate.

Mix the minced meat with parsley, green onions and mustard. Season to taste and divide the resulting combination into 12 equal parts, each of which should be enough to "dress" an egg.

First, lightly roll each egg in flour, then cover it on all sides with the chicken mixture (so that it does not stick to your hands, you can sprinkle it with a little flour).

Dip the quail eggs in the beaten chicken, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.

Once a golden crust forms on the surface, remove the eggs on paper (it will absorb the excess fat).

Enjoy your meal!
