Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 350 grams of flour
  • 75 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or an amount equal to salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

For the stuffing:

  • 100 grams of onions
  • 250 grams of canned tuna in oil
  • 1 potato (about 100-120 grams)
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped capers (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon oil

For the cream-egg filling:

  • 200-250 milliliters of low-fat cooking cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, mix the flour with the spices (salt, sugar, baking powder, ground black pepper), add the butter and grind by hand to obtain crumbs.

Beat the eggs lightly with the milk and combine with the first mixture. Make a dough that you roll out in a circle on a floured surface. Place in an oiled form and distribute evenly, covering the bottom and walls. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Drain the fat from the can and chop the fish into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut into sticks 3 millimeters thick, wash and blanch for 1-2 minutes. Remove them with a slotted spoon from the boiling water and transfer to a container full of cold water and ice. A few minutes later, drain the liquid using a colander.

Stew the golden onion in oil until golden. Put it on the bottom of a deep dish. Followed by tuna, potatoes, capers and finally chopped dill. Mix everything well.

Remove the form with the dough from the refrigerator and pierce the base in several places with a fork. Distribute the filling evenly and pour a mixture of beaten eggs with cream, seasoned with salt and ground black pepper.

Bake the porridge in a preheated oven (175 degrees) for about 35-40 minutes.

Wait for 10 minutes to cool in the dish and then remove the dish from it.

All you have to do is cut it into pieces and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
