Grind the walnuts with a blender, leave a few whole nuts for decoration.
Melt the butter.
Take a suitable tray and start arranging the baklava in it. Put 2 sheets of ground peel, spread them with melted butter, then two more layers of dough, butter, sprinkle with walnuts and a little grated lemon peel. Continue in the same sequence, making 3-4 layers.
Grease the latter with oil and cut into pieces. Put half a walnut on each and bake the baklava until golden for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, make the syrup. Mix the water, sugar and honey in a suitable container and place on the stove, let it boil for 5 - 7 minutes.
When you take the baklava out of the oven, pour in the honey syrup and let it soak.
