Required products :
1 packet of biscuits of your choice
200 grams of condensed milk
100 milliliters of heavy cream
10 milliliters of lemon juice
grated lemon peel for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice, add the cream, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
Arrange the biscuits in a suitable square dish, alternating them with the resulting cream. The cream should be a thin layer (enough to cover the biscuits). Cover the cake with cream and sprinkle with grated lemon zest. Refrigerate the dessert for 6 hours.
