Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs together with the sugar and honey until you get a thick white mass (beat for at least 10 minutes), the volume of which will increase about 4 times.
Then add the flour and mix the combination with movements from the bottom up.
Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment and pour the dough into it. Bake it in the oven at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Check readiness with a toothpick.
When the cake has cooled, smear its surface with chocolate glaze and serve.
You can sprinkle with crushed walnuts and / or garnish with fresh fruit.
