How To Cook Quick Cake With Cottage Cheese And Butter - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 250 grams of cottage cheese with 9% fat
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of butter (unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

 

Method of preparation :

The oil should be at room temperature. Mix it with the sugar. Then gradually add the eggs, cottage cheese, baking soda and flour.

Thoroughly mix the products and pour the dough into a greased form.

Bake at 180 degrees in the oven. In about an hour the cake will be ready.

Let cool first in a bowl and then serve.
