Required products :
3 eggs
1 tea cup sugar
1 tea cup flour
1 tea cup crushed nuts of your choice
1 tea cup seedless raisins
pinch of salt
baking powder
butter to lubricate the dish
nuts and honey for the coating
Method of preparation :
Wash and dry the raisins, clean the nuts and grind coarsely.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, gradually add the flour without stopping the beating process. Pour raisins and nuts, a pinch of salt and baking powder into the dough. Stir. A consistency resembling jam is obtained.
Grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with oil. Pour the dough into it, the layer should be about 3 centimeters thick.
Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. When it turns red, watch for readiness with a toothpick.
You can cover the cake with a combination of honey and nuts. Also add cinnamon when cooking.
