Required products :

250 grams of ground chocolate biscuits

100 grams of butter

200 grams of dark chocolate

200 milliliters of cream

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

400 grams of condensed milk

200 grams of ground porridge

100 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

Start by making swamps. Mix the crushed biscuits with the butter and spread the mixture on the bottom of a detachable form. Using a spoon, "squeeze the marshmallows" and refrigerate to cool.

The filling follows. Mix the ground cashews with the sugar in a saucepan and simmer until caramel is obtained (stir constantly). Then add the condensed milk and stir to obtain a thick cream. Remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly and pour over the cooled pan.

Only the glaze remains. Melt the chocolate together with the cream and 1 tablespoon of cocoa. Pour the mixture over the already cooled caramel layer and level the surface of the cake with a spatula. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Then remove from the pan and sprinkle with the remaining cocoa (sift) before serving.

Enjoy your meal!
