 Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 100 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 grams of cinnamon
  • 5 grams of nutmeg
  • 2 grams of ginger powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons oil or olive oil
  • 1 carrot

 

for the glaze

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 50 grams of unsalted cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ampoule of vanilla

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and in a bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.

 

Stir the mixture. Peel and grate a carrot, put it in another bowl and add the yolk, brown sugar, vanilla and fat. Combine the dry with the wet ingredients and mix until the ingredients are homogenous.

 

Grease baking tins, spread the mixture and bake until done.

 

Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with the butter, vanilla and powdered sugar.

 

Stir until smooth.

 

Cool the cupcakes and glaze with the resulting cream. Serve and enjoy.
