Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 200 grams of raw sausage
  • 2-3 soft tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams of fresh spinach
  • 1-2 raw peppers
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • salt, pepper and olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 egg

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat olive oil and fry the sausage. Peel, finely chop the onion, potatoes, tomatoes and garlic. Put them in the pan and add finely chopped peppers, mushrooms, spinach, parsley.

Season with salt, pepper, stir, pour water and cook for 5 minutes. It is important that the pan has a metal handle so that it does not melt. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the casserole for 30 minutes.

Five minutes before cooking, beat the egg in the middle and bake. Serve the dish warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley, finely chopped.
