How To Cook Quick Casserole With Potatoes, Mushrooms And Egg - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 onions
  • 2 soft tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 30 grams of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 grams of melted cheese with mushrooms
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat oil in a pan with a lid and fry in butter onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms. Stir, season with salt, pepper, add melted cheese, diced potatoes and stew the mixture for 15 minutes.

Then distribute the vegetables in pots, bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Five minutes before turning it off, beat the eggs and bake. Cool and serve the pots garnished with fresh parsley leaves.
