Required products :

480 grams of flour

100 grams of butter

15 grams of leavening agent

pinch of salt

200 grams of yellow cheese

180 milliliters of fresh milk

1 clove garlic

 

For coverage:

60 grams of butter

1 clove garlic

chopped parsley or dill to taste

pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Make butter crumbs by grinding the flour mixed with the baking powder and salt with the butter. Add the grated yellow cheese to them, pour in the milk, add the crushed garlic. Mix everything well.

Divide the dough into muffin tins, filling them halfway with the mixture.

Melt the butter for the coating, add the crushed garlic clove, finely chopped parsley or dill, a pinch of salt. Stir and put 1 teaspoon of the aromatic combination in each mold on the dough.

Bake the cupcakes at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, until an appetizing brown crust forms on their surface.
