Required products :

200 grams of dark chocolate (2 chocolates)

100 grams of sugar

100 grams of flour

100 grams of butter

3 eggs

1 teaspoon of baking soda quenched in lemon juice

2 teaspoons cognac for the dough

2 teaspoons cognac for cherries

a handful of cherries

 

Method of preparation :

Melt one chocolate with the butter (for 1 minute in the microwave on medium power), stirring.

 

Pour the cherries with 2 tablespoons of cognac.

 

Beat the eggs with the sugar.

 

Add the flour, baking soda and the remaining cognac.

 

Beat everything well.

 

Add the melted chocolate with the butter. Break again.

 

Pour the resulting mixture into a prepared dish with cherries (cover the bottom with baking paper) and place in the oven at a temperature of 150 degrees until done.

 

Melt the second chocolate (you can add a little butter if you wish) and pour over the finished cake.
