Required products :

125 milliliters of fresh milk

250 grams of sugar

200 grams of butter

4 tablespoons cocoa

4 eggs

2 teaspoons flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a small saucepan, add the cocoa, sugar, mix well and put the pan on low heat. When the sugar dissolves, add the softened butter and let the mixture boil, stirring often but not boiling.

Remove the pan from the heat, let the contents cool and set aside some of it for the glaze. To the remaining amount add the lightly beaten eggs and flour with baking powder. Stir thoroughly.

Pour the dough into an oiled cake pan and bake at 180 - 200 degrees until done.

Let the finished cake cool in the form, then take it out in a suitable container and pour the glaze. Or you can sprinkle with powdered sugar if you prefer.
