How To Cook Quick Chocolate Cupcakes In A Jar With Fruit And Ice Cream - Recipe

Required products :

1/2 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon (topped) cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon brewed hot coffee
1 tablespoon fresh milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
20 grams black chocolate
150 grams of ice cream of your choice
fresh fruit of your choice for serving

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa, add the baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt.

 

In a separate bowl, pour the hot coffee, a spoonful of milk and oil. Beat the egg and mix until smooth.

 

Then combine the dry and liquid ingredients, kneading a loose dough, to which add the finely chopped chocolate.

 

Divide the dough into two jars.

 

Place them in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

 

When you take out the finished cupcakes, wait for them to cool and spread the ice cream on them.
Garnish with fresh fruit of your choice and serve the dessert immediately.
