Necessary products:

  • sugar - 1 cup
  • butter - 120 grams
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • cream - 1/4 cup
  • cocoa - 1/4 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • fresh milk - 1/4 cup
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • walnuts (optional) - 1/2 cup

Method of preparation:

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease with oil and sprinkle with flour the dish in which you will bake the cake.

Beat the sugar and 3/4 of the butter with a mixer. Add the egg, cream and beat until smooth. Add half of the cocoa dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water to it and beat again.

Mix the flour with the salt, soda and cinnamon. Add to the previously prepared mixture and stir.

Pour the dough into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes (or check if it is ready with a toothpick).

Meanwhile, mix the remaining cocoa and milk, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the remaining oil, stir until smooth. Add powdered sugar, mix well. Finally, add the walnuts. Pour this mixture over the baked cake.
