Required products :
250 milliliters of whipping cream (high fat, 25%)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
500 grams of pitted prunes
200 grams of walnuts
6 glass bowls or other suitable molds
Method of preparation :
Pour warm (or hot) water over the prunes for 3-4 minutes, then dry well.
Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar, add the vanilla and beat once more.
Fill the prunes with the walnuts. Set aside 6 plums for decoration.
Arrange the stuffed fruits tightly on the bottom of the prepared dishes, pour the cream, decorate and store the dessert in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
