Required products :
- 180 grams of flour
- 3/4 teaspoon + 1 tablespoon water
- pinch of salt
- a pinch of sugar
- 1 1/4 tea cup cream
- lubricating oil
Method of preparation :
- Pour the water into a large bowl and add the flour, salt and sugar. Stir with a wooden spoon.
- Beat the cream with a mixer on medium speed until it begins to form soft peaks.
- Add it to the dough and mix until a homogeneous mixture.
- Heat the waffle iron and grease it with oil.
- Pour the dough according to the size of the plates and bake until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Serve the waffles warm, garnished as desired.
