How To Cook Quick Dough With Yeast And Fresh Milk (in 5 Minutes) - Recipe

Required products :

500 milliliters of fresh milk
700 grams of flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
11 grams dry yeast

 

Method of preparation :

Pour 4 tea cups of flour into a bowl and add the yeast. Then gradually pour the milk and oil, add sugar and salt.

Mix all the ingredients with a spoon, then gradually add the remaining flour, stirring constantly.

 

Transfer the finished dough to a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator.

It ferments for an hour, then again after 3 hours.
