Beat eggs and mayonnaise, salt. Add flour, starch, season with pepper. Cut the olives into circles (mushrooms into pieces), parsley very finely. Separate some of the mixture and add parsley to it. Pour the remaining amount in a pan on baking paper, and on top drops of the separated part with parsley. Arrange the olives (or mushrooms). Place in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 7-10 minutes. Watch because the eggs cook very quickly. Remove from the oven, place the thinly sliced fish, flavored with lemon juice and roll. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Then cut into pieces and serve!
