Required products :

For swamps:

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of starch + a little to sprinkle the form

400 grams of condensed milk

1 1/2 teaspoons soda (you can put out in a little vinegar, lemon juice or water)

1 lemon or 1 orange (peel only)

salt on the tip of a knife

oil or other grease to lubricate the pan

For the stuffing:

jam, jam, seasonal fruits (can be wild) - fresh or boiled in water and sugar), whipped cream or a favorite cream

fruit syrup of choice

Method of preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the base thoroughly, you should get a uniform consistency. Grease the form with oil and sprinkle it with a little starch, you can cover the bottom with baking paper. In general, the dough is liquid, but if the consistency seems too thin, add another 1-2 tablespoons of starch. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 - 200 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Baking time cannot be determined accurately, it depends on your oven. Check the readiness of the marsh with a toothpick.

Wait for the finished loaf to cool, cut it in two horizontally with a sharp knife. Spread them with the chosen filling (it is best to use one that would absorb well into the base). The cake is very tasty if the marsh is soaked in syrup, a combination of honey and juice or the like. Between the two layers you can put pieces of fresh fruit, as offered by the season, you can also spray cream or cream whipped with powdered sugar.

All you have to do is assemble the fruit delicacy, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and decorate as you wish.

Enjoy your meal!
