Required products :

  • 325 grams of wheat flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons leavening agent
  • 1.5 teaspoons Italian spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 60 milliliters of olive oil
  • 35 grams of chopped walnuts
  • 45 grams of chopped olives

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, sift the flour and add the baking powder, salt and Italian spices.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and olive oil, then pour the liquid into the dry mixture.

Add the olives and walnuts and stir.

Put the dough in the prepared form, level the surface and place in the oven.

After 40-45 minutes of baking at 180 degrees, the bread will be ready (when exactly you can judge with a toothpick).
