How To Cook Quick Homemade Cheese With Parsley And Garlic - Recipe

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 liter of high-fat milk (the higher the better) 
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt (if you prefer salty, add more) 
  • 400 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 20% 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 4 cloves garlic and parsley 
  • gauze/cheesecloth

 

Preparation:
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Beat the cream with the eggs and pour the mixture in a thin stream into the boiling milk. Let everything boil for 5 - 7 minutes, stir. When large "rags" form, add the chopped parsley and garlic. Then strain with gauze. Drain the liquid and put some weight on the cheese for 5 - 6 hours, put it in the fridge.
