Pour the milk into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Beat the cream with the eggs and pour the mixture in a thin stream into the boiling milk. Let everything boil for 5 - 7 minutes, stir. When large "rags" form, add the chopped parsley and garlic. Then strain with gauze. Drain the liquid and put some weight on the cheese for 5 - 6 hours, put it in the fridge.
