How To Cook Quick Marinated Peppers With Oregano And Chili - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 red sweet peppers

 

For the marinade:

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ground chili pepper
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to preheat to 220 degrees on the grill function. Place the sweet peppers on a wire rack and bake for 20-30 minutes, turning them periodically.

When you take them out, put them in a plastic bag and peel them as soon as they suffocate. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

 

Finely chop the finely chopped parsley leaves and garlic cloves. Mix them in a suitable bowl, add the oregano to them, also ground black pepper and chili pepper, salt to taste.

Pour olive oil, lemon juice (or wine vinegar), beat with a fork.

Pour the prepared marinade over the roasted peppers so that it covers them on all sides.

Just half an hour of patience and you can enjoy a delicious salad. If you can wait 3 hours, the peppers will be even tastier.
