How To Cook Quick Mayonnaise From Egg Yolks, Rapeseed Oil And Lemon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Quick mayonnaise from egg yolks, rapeseed oil and lemon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice / or white vinegar /
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 1/4 tea cup rapeseed oil

Method of preparation :

  • Mix all ingredients in a taller and narrower jar.
  • Beat them with a blender, moving it up and down to a thick and homogeneous consistency.
  • If the mayonnaise is too thick for your taste, add 1 teaspoon of hot water and mash again.
  • Close the jar tightly and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
