How To Cook Quick Melt With Minced Chicken And Hot Peppers - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 onion
  • 500 grams of minced chicken
  • salt, cumin, black pepper
  • grease for stuffing
  • 2-3 hot peppers
  • 3 marinated red peppers
  • 2 soft tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 20 milliliters of red wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 stalk of fresh basil
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the onion and fry it in hot fat. Add the grated tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and cumin.

Add the minced meat, chopped peppers, carrots, garlic, red pepper, wine, bay leaf and freshly chopped basil and parsley.

Stir, remove the bay leaf and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot, choose a suitable drink and enjoy it.
