Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 soft bananas
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 30 grams of soft unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

for cream

 

  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of soft butter without salt
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and spray a rectangular pan with non-stick spray. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda and salt.
