Required products :

100 grams butter
100 grams sugar
1 egg
175 grams flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
175 milliliters of milk

For cream (you can make the cake without cream):

300 milliliters of whipped cream
2 teaspoons of orange liqueur

1 orange

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease with oil two forms with a diameter of 15 centimeters, if you are going to do with cream. In case it will be from a tray, prepare a form.

Melt the butter and sugar over low heat, then allow to cool for a while (about 2 minutes). Then add the egg, stir. It's time for cocoa and flour.
Add the soda to the milk and pour into the dough. Mix everything thoroughly and distribute the mixture in the prepared forms.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Leave the finished trays in the molds for a few minutes before removing.

Mix the cream with the orange liqueur and most of the grated citrus peel. Spread the cream on one loaf and place the other on it.

If you have leftover cream, spread it on the surface of the cake, which you decorate with orange slices and grated peel.

Enjoy your meal!
