A quick dinner is always a challenge, especially in our busy daily lives, so we offer you another option for a quick dinner. Cauliflower with pasta sounds boring, but a rich sauce with wine and fragrant pecorino cheese make the dish surprisingly rich in flavors.

Required products :

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 350 grams of pasta in shell
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • 4 tablespoons crushed pecorino cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Chop the cauliflower into small roses and bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

In a large skillet, fry the garlic briefly with the hot pepper. Add the cauliflower and stir for a few minutes to combine the flavors. Add the white wine and cook until the sauce is reduced.

Add the drained pasta and finally add the fragrant pecorino cheese.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
