Method of preparation :
Wash the tomatoes, dry them with a towel and cut them into thick circles.
Finely chop the parsley.
Peel the peppers, peel the garlic and grind them together with a blender (a paste should be obtained).
In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. To dissolve the sugar faster, you can heat the marinade slightly. Then let it cool.
Take a large clean jar and start arranging the layers in the following order: tomatoes, vegetable mixture, parsley and continue in the same order until the products are exhausted.
Pour over the prepared marinade, close the container with a lid, shake slightly and put it in the fridge, turning it back.
After 8 hours the fragrant tomatoes are ready for consumption.
