Required products :
1 kg of puff pastry
For cream:
500 milliliters of fresh milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
2.5 tablespoons flour
100 grams of butter
vanilla
Method of preparation :
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut it into pieces,
which you arrange in a pan and bake in the oven until done.
Make a cream. Beat the eggs with the sugar until thick, then add the flour. Boil the milk, add the butter. Pour the milk into the egg mixture, beating with a mixer. Put on the stove to thicken. Add the vanilla. Pour the cream over the baked "buns".
Cover a dish of your choice with foil and pour the baked dough with cream into it. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours (preferably overnight). Then turn the cake in a suitable container and you can sprinkle with "crumbs" of the dough, and why not with crushed biscuits or ground walnuts.
