Required products :

  • 900 grams of puff pastry
  • 250 grams of sausage of your choice
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 120 grams of yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

Thaw the puff pastry, separate the individual layers from each other, then lightly roll them out.

Cut each of them into 6 long strips (maybe 12 pieces, but then the horns will be "weak" and the dough will be more than the filling).

From plastic wrap, make narrow funnels around which to wrap the dough in a spiral (overlap the ends when rolling), forming the horns.

Arrange them in a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees.

Meanwhile, prepare the products for the filling. Peel an onion and chop finely, add salt and stew.

In a separate bowl put pieces of sausage, add onions to them and stir.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Grate the yellow cheese coarsely.

When the horns are baked, wait for them to cool and put a slice of tomato in each, followed by the onion sausage, pressing the stuffing so that more of it can be collected. Use a small spoon or knife tip for convenience.

Once you have filled the horns, sprinkle the hole with the grated yellow cheese and arrange the funnels vertically in a suitable deep enough dish.

Bake the pizzas for 5-7 minutes at 220 degrees.

Enjoy your meal!
