Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of raw pork sausages
  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 sliced ​​leek
  • 100 grams of diced carrots
  • 200 grams of kale
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, basil, parsley, black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable broth
  • 150 grams of boiled white beans
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
 

Method of preparation:
