Required products :

  • 125 grams of flour
  • 75 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese or preferred hard cheese
  • 1 tablespoon water

Method of preparation :

Add the softened butter mashed with a fork to the sifted flour.

 

Grate the yellow cheese.

 

Mix it with the other products and let the finished dough rest for 10 minutes.

 

Then divide it into several parts, roll each. The thickness of the layer should not be more than a centimeter. Cut out shapes with a small cup or cookie cutter.

 

Bake for about 10 minutes.
