Required products :
400 grams of yellow cheese
8 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons fine oatmeal
8 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon baking powder
500 milliliters of yogurt
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour 8 tablespoons of water over the oatmeal. Grate the yellow cheese coarsely.
When the oatmeal absorbs the liquid and swells, add the flour with salt to taste, baking powder and yellow cheese.
Then put the yogurt in the resulting mixture. Stir, the consistency of the dough should resemble that of thick cream.
Heat a frying pan, grease with oil or butter and distribute the mixture evenly in the pan.
Cover with a lid and bake the parlenka over medium heat until its edges turn red and the surface is firm.
Carefully turn to the other side and let it cook until golden.
The dough, which is obtained from the indicated quantities of products, is enough to make two pearls.
