How To Cook Quinoa And Bulgur Meatballs With Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

100 grams of quinoa

100 grams of bulgur

3 eggs

1 onion

50 grams of green onions

100 grams of parmesan

100 grams of oatmeal

100 grams of breadcrumbs

garlic to taste

salt and pepper to taste

olive oil

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the quinoa and bulgur, wash them well, boil in salted water until cooked and cool.

Grate the parmesan finely, chop the greens and the old onion, mash the garlic with a press.

Grind the oatmeal to make flour.

Beat the eggs with salt until a light foam forms. Add them to the mixture of bulgur and quinoa. Then add the two types of onion, garlic, parmesan and mix everything. Pour the oatmeal, mix well again and start adding the breadcrumbs gradually, add 1 tbsp. Season with salt and pepper. You should get a thick enough dough. If necessary, use some more breadcrumbs.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then form meatballs from it (you get 16 pieces weighing about 75 grams each), flatten them lightly with your palms and fry in olive oil (5-7 minutes on each side).
