How To Cook Quinoa And Oatmeal Cake With Flaxseed And Dried Apricots - Recipe

Required products :

1 teaspoon oatmeal
2 teaspoons boiled quinoa
3 tablespoons flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon almond milk
1/4 cup almond oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chopped dried apricots (or another favorite dried fruit)

olive oil for spreading

Preparation :
Pour the ground flaxseed with 1/2 cup of water and leave for about 15 minutes.
Cut the apricots. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the oatmeal and flaxseed in a suitable bowl, add the quinoa, pour the almond milk, add the butter, vanilla extract, a little salt and the chopped fruit (leave them for decoration). Beat (you can use a blender) and pour the mixture into a greased with olive oil form. Spread the separated apricots on the surface of the "dough", pressing them to "sink" into it.
Place in the oven and let the dessert bake for 20-30 minutes, checking the readiness after the 20th minute.

You can pour your favorite syrup or liquid honey.
