  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pizza sauce
  • 2 tea cups grated ripe mozzarella

About the topping:

  • tomatoes
  • basil
  • pepperoni
  • onion
  • Red pepper
  • spinach

Method of preparation :

Soak the quinoa in a glass and a half of water and cover the container with foil for fresh storage. Leave the beans for 8 hours without storing in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and cover the tray with parchment paper, which you spray with cooking spray or grease.

Strain the quinoa and rinse it. Put it in the bowl of the food processor, placing the S-shaped knife. Season it with garlic powder and salt, add baking powder and parmesan. Pour the remaining 1 teaspoon of water and blend until a creamy mixture is obtained - about 2 minutes.

Pour into the pan and flatten with a spatula. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the marshmallows (peel it off the paper) and return it to the oven to bake until it acquires a crispy golden-brown crust (about 10 minutes).

Spread the marshmallows with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with the mozzarella, add your favorite products for the filling.

Bake the pizza with the filling for 10 minutes, until the mozzarella begins to melt and form bubbles.

Cut the pizza and serve.
