Required products :

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 bananas, smeared
  • 2 tablespoons almond tahini
  • 3 tablespoons quinoa flour (or rice, wholemeal)
  • left
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • for topping:
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond tahini
  • 1/4 sliced ​​banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method of preparation :

Heat a waffle iron and grease it of your choice (cooking spray, coconut oil or butter).

Mash the banana, add the almond tahini, flour, cinnamon and mix well with a fork, finally add a pinch of salt.

Put 1/3 tea cup of the dough in the waffle iron and bake until done. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Make your own coconut cream and tahini sauce. Put on the waffles of the resulting cream, add chopped almonds and sprinkle with walnuts, finally pour a little maple syrup.
