Required products :
1 teaspoon quinoa
2/3 teaspoon grated yellow cheese
2-3 carrots
1/3 teaspoon chopped onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon wholemeal flour
3/4 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation :
Boil the quinoa until ready according to the instructions on the package.
Chop onions and carrots, mix them with grated cheese. Add garlic, eggs, flour, spices and sunflower seeds. Then combine with the cooked beans and from the obtained minced meat with wet hands form 8 medium-thick meatballs. Fry them in hot oil under a lid for about 6-8 minutes on one side. Then turn from the other and let them cook for as long as possible, adding a little fat.
Submit them warm.
