How To Cook Quinoa Milk Porridge With Walnuts And Honey - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Quinoa milk porridge with walnuts and honey". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 30 grams of walnuts or use nuts of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Method of preparation :

Pour the quinoa into a saucepan and pour over the water and milk (you can use 2 glasses of milk instead of water). Cook under a lid for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. The grains will absorb the liquid, a crumbly paste will be obtained. If you prefer boiled quinoa, pre-soak it in water for 10 minutes. You can also increase the amount of milk.

Sweeten the finished dish with honey and serve with walnuts or other nuts. An option is to garnish with berries, pieces of bananas or dried fruits, in which case the sweetening of honey becomes unnecessary, as these additives will give the necessary sweetness.

Have a good time!
