Required products :

  • 100 grams of quinoa
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • garlic powder, salt, other herbs and spices and olive oil to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 70 grams of feta mermaid

 

Method of preparation :
