Necessary products:

 

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon quinoa
  • 3 teaspoons vegetable broth
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 green pepper, maybe hot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • cumin powder
  • salt and olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the garlic, coriander and pepper in a blender and beat until smooth.

Heat olive oil in a pan and pour the mixture.

Add the quinoa, fry for 3-4 minutes and pour the lemon juice and broth. Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally and refrigerate. Serve warm with a garnish of your choice.
