How To Cook Rabbit Fricassee With White Wine And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 kilograms of rabbit meat
  • 250 grams of onions
  • 120 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 250 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • parsley, thyme
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the rabbit, dry it and fry until golden in hot oil. Remove the meat and fry the chopped onion and garlic in the same pan. Add the flour, wine and as soon as the mixture boils, pour the broth, add the thyme and season to taste.

Wait for the liquid to boil, cook for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.

Put the meat in the sauce, close the pan with a lid and place in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Then strain the sauce, pour the cream and let the combination boil. Pour again at the rabbit and the dish is ready to eat.

Serve with fresh parsley leaves.
