Necessary products for 4 servings:

  • 2 kg rabbit
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 s. l. flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt, pepper, parsley to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the rabbit into portions, remove the skins and pour for 2-3 hours with vinegar diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 4. Then put the meat in a pan along with onions, parsley and carrots. Salt, pour the oil and bake in the oven until golden brown, periodically watering with the juice that is released during baking. When baked, transfer the meat to a shallow dish and pour over the sauce made from the cream, the liquid obtained during baking and the flour. Close the pan with a lid and put back in the oven for 30 minutes.
