Necessary products:

4 pieces of rabbit meat per 100 grams

3 tomatoes

0.5 glasses of white wine

6 carrots

4 onions

breadcrumbs

olive oil

pepper

rosemary

thyme

Method of preparation:

Season the meat with salt, rosemary, thyme and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in olive oil for 5 minutes on high heat and remove from heat. Then fry until golden carrots (cut into circles) and onions (quarters). Add the rabbit, stir, pour the wine and let everything simmer until the liquid evaporates. Then leave on the fire for another 20 minutes under a lid. Add the tomatoes (peeled and cut into small cubes), add a sprig of rosemary and a sprig of thyme, stew for another 10 minutes.

You can serve with a garnish of white rice or pasta.
