Required products :
1 rabbit
2 grapefruit
300 grams of mushrooms
butter
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 teaspoon coriander
salt and ground black pepper to taste
water
Method of preparation :
Wash and cut the meat into portions (6 pcs.). Squeeze the citrus juice directly into a warmed pot. Add salt, pepper, coriander and rosemary. Stir. The meat follows. Close the container with a lid and leave for 10 - 12 hours. Then add the oil and pour a little water. Place the pot in the oven for 1 hour at 210 degrees. Then remove, add the chopped mushrooms to the meat and return the dish to the oven to simmer for another 20-30 minutes.
You can also add vegetables if you wish.
