How To Cook Rabbit With Dark Beer, Rice And Mushrooms In The Oven - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of rabbit meat, cut into portions
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 300 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon rice
  • 5 teaspoons of boiling broth
  • salt, pepper
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • 50 milliliters of dark beer
  • 60 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a saucepan pour enough water to cover the meat and add salt. Boil the rabbit, strain the broth and set aside.

In a saucepan or frying pan, heat the butter, fry the onions and mushrooms, add the meat and stew for 10 minutes. Add rice, broth, beer, bay leaf and stir.

Pour the dish into a pan, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until done. Cool, pour portions and serve. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
