Required products :

  • 150 grams of cottage cheese
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of semolina (1 full tablespoon)
  • 15 grams of sugar (1 full tablespoon)
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 grams of raisins
  • 5 grams of butter
  • 5 grams of breadcrumbs (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 50 grams of sour cream
  • pinch of salt
  • vanilla
  • sweet sauce or sour cream to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolk from the egg white of one egg. Mix the yolk with the sugar and add to the crushed cottage cheese, softened butter, a pinch of salt, vanilla to taste, sifted flour, semolina, washed raisins.

Mix everything, then add the whipped egg whites and stir again.

Grease a suitable form with oil, sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs and pour the resulting mixture into it. Level the surface and spread with a combination of cream and the second egg.

Bake the dessert at a temperature of 200 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes.

Leave the finished pudding in the form for 5 - 10 minutes before removing it in a suitable plate.

Serve hot with your favorite sweet with or with sour cream.
