Required products :
1 teaspoon sifted flour
100 grams chilled butter
4 tablespoons milk

For the cream:
500 milliliters of fresh milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
sugar to taste
For the jelly:
1 tablespoon gelatin per 250 milliliters of raspberry juice (prepare as much as you want)

Method of preparation :
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the cooled butter and cut with a knife. Pour the milk, add the sugar, a pinch of salt and knead the dough.
Leave it for about half an hour, then roll it out and put it in a suitable baking dish, forming a "border" at the edges, which should be about 2-3 centimeters high.
Bake in the oven.
During this time, make a cream from the products listed for it, sweeten to taste and leave to cool.
Pour it on the baked base and put the jelly on it. When it hardens, cut the cake with a sharp knife.
